I am currently a graduate student at Trevecca University, working toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, connection, and a deep respect for your unique journey. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll create a space where you can show up authentically and begin to cultivate lasting change.
I work from a person-centered and trauma-informed perspective, helping you to explore your past, uncover patterns in relationships, and address any unresolved trauma. I aim to support you in making meaningful connections between your past experiences and present challenges, empowering you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
As a registered nurse with years of experience in healthcare, I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds. This experience has shaped my understanding of holistic health—balancing the mind, body, and soul. I bring this integrated approach to my work as a counselor, emphasizing the importance of mental health while recognizing how deeply it’s interconnected with overall well-being.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with friends and family, diving into multiple books at once, and enjoying long walks in nature.
