“Healing begins with the courage to ask for help.”
Life can often feel like a whirlwind—especially when navigating difficult transitions, managing stress, or struggling with persistent feelings of anxiety or low self-worth. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, but I want you to know that you’re not alone in this journey.
When we work together, my goal is to create a compassionate space where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe to show up as your true self—without judgment. Whether you’re navigating challenging relationships, healing from an eating disorder, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I’m here to help you find clarity, relief, and balance. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, so you can manage symptoms, develop healthier ways to cope, and build a stronger, more connected relationship with yourself.
I take an eclectic humanistic approach that’s rooted in compassion and understanding. I lean on evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and ERP, along with grounding and mindfulness tools, to help you address the core of what you’re experiencing. I have a special passion for working with clients struggling with anxiety and stress, binge eating, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I’m committed to helping people break free from old, unhelpful patterns and create new paths toward growth and healing.
I hold an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Outside of the therapy space, you can find me spending time with my family and Australian shepherd, Frankie, cooking a new recipe, painting pottery, or getting lost in a good book!
Under Supervision of Aimee Isenberg, LPC-MHSP, License #3638(TN)
