I’m glad you’re here! Being open to this process takes courage. I’ve been in the same vulnerable position as you once, and that journey led me to becoming a counselor. My hope is to make you feel safe, accepted, heard, and supported while providing strategies to help you help yourself. To me, the foundation of therapy is the relationship. I believe you are the expert of your own story and my goal is to walk alongside you in your growth.

My approach is integrative, creative, and unique to each client’s personality and needs. I love getting to know clients and using their passions, strengths and talents in the therapeutic process. I specialize in Client-Centered Play Therapy and Expressive Arts and draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to best help each client. As mentioned above, I have experience helping children, teens, and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, school challenges, low self-esteem, behavioral issues and major life changes. I have seen clients successfully navigate their challenges to live more contented, authentic lives. It is an honor to be a part of each individual’s journey, including the laughs, tears, insight and growth along the way.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy going on adventures with my wife and our sweet rescue pup, hanging out with good friends and family, going on hikes with my dad, cooking new recipes, and playing guitar.
