Virtual Somatic Workshop

Join us for a six week, virtual workshop for folks wanting to learn more about polyvagal theory, somatic regulation skills and living a more embodied life.
Dates: Tuesdays from September 5, 2023 through October 10, 2023
9/5, 9/19 and 10/3 sessions will be emailed as a pre-recorded session
9/12, 9/26 and 10/10 are live co-regulation sessions from 6pm-7:30pm CST with Megan Thomas (recording will be sent if you are unable to make it to a live session)

Access to recordings of ALL pre-recorded and live sessions
Learning Objectives:
Participants will describe a basic understanding of the Polyvagal Theory, including characteristics of each of the 3 nervous system states (Ventral Vagal, Sympathetic, and Dorsal Vagal)
Participants will learn new somatic regulation skills to improve nervous system regulation
Participants will be invited to participate in embodiment exercises to deepen mind-body connection and to experience their bodies in new ways
