Hi! My name is Caroline, and I am a graduate student pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. I am, and always have been, passionate about mental health and healing. My clinical experience is in intensive outpatient case management, and I am trained in Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (ASMR). My strength is in building relationships with my clients and using those relationships in our work together. I aim to cultivate a space where clients can feel open, authentic, and safe.
I operate from a client-centered approach and work to guide you through your healing process, whatever that may look like for you. I have studied a wide range of counseling techniques and interventions, and I believe each person requires different interventions based on their individuality and specific needs. That said, I strive to be intentionally eclectic in my approach. I am deeply committed to inclusivity and grateful to work with clients of all backgrounds and identities.
In my free time, I enjoy bad reality TV, exploring new restaurants and places around Nashville, traveling as much as possible, and workout classes!
