Hi! My name is Caroline. I am a graduate student pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. I am, and always have been, passionate about mental health and healing. I have done clinical work before as a case manager at an outpatient behavioral health center, and my strength is in building strong relationships with my clients. I strive to be a person and to create a place where people can feel authentic and safe.

I operate from a person-centered approach and want to guide you through your healing process, whatever that may look like for you. I have studied a wide range of counseling techniques and interventions, and I believe each person requires different interventions based on their individuality and specific needs. I am especially interested in Adlerian Therapy, but I strive to be intentionally eclectic in my work and tend to each client’s individual needs. I am deeply committed to inclusivity and grateful to work with clients of all backgrounds and identities.

As someone who has benefitted from counseling myself, I hope to help others experience those benefits and grow into the best version of themselves.

In my free time I enjoy bad reality TV, exploring new restaurants and places around Nashville, traveling as much as possible, and workout classes!
