Building genuine and strong relationships with my clients and creating a space where people can feel safe and seen is my strength. As your counselor, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, meet your goals, and live more aligned with yourself and your values.
I am a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. I have studied a wide range of counseling techniques and interventions, and I believe in the individuality of counseling. Everyone’s lived experiences are different, so everyone’s therapy process is going to look different as well. I operate from a client-centered approach and am also deeply committed to inclusivity. I love to work with clients of all backgrounds and identities.
I have experience working with individuals in treatment for substance use disorders, and I am trained in Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (ASMR).
In my free time, I enjoy bad reality TV, exploring new restaurants and places around Nashville, hot yoga, and traveling as much as possible despite having very little time and balling on a graduate-student budget!
Under Supervision of Megan Thomas, LPC-MHSP, License #4750(TN) and
